Based on extensive feedback from you I have designed the best biz club in town!Â
Every year, we kick off with an Annual Planning session, mapping out your big-picture goals, defining the impact you want to create, and setting the strategy that will guide your business over the next 12 months. Every quarter, we focus on 90-Day Planning, breaking your annual goals into actionable sprints that make growth tangible and achievable. You leave each planning session with clarity, accountability, and a plan you can execute immediately.
Each month, we energize your business with a Woo Room, where we reset your mindset, get creative, and align your energy for the month ahead. Shortly after, we dive into a Power-Up, a fast, hands-on session where you get frameworks, templates, and strategies you can implement straight away to grow your sales, refine your marketing, or streamline your workflows.
Our Masterclasses go deeper, offering expert-led sessions on inclusive marketing, funding strategies, sales, and scaling. Then comes the heart of the club: our Sales & Growth Workrooms, work rooms are where members learn and implement sales and growth strategies. Ones that work, where you are accountable and that get’s results.
Every quarter, members also get access to D. Connect, a curated matchmaking session where you can ask, give, and collaborate with other members and guest connectors from schools, councils, and retail. Each breakout room is carefully designed so every conversation is purposeful, you leave with actionable insights, potential partnerships, and new opportunities.
Throughout it all, the D. Biz Club is supported by a private community. It’s a space to share wins, ask questions, access resources, and get support from other founders who understand exactly what it takes to run a small, impact-driven business. In the D. Biz Club we follow the Chatham House Rule.
What a month looks like in The D. Club
1st Monday of the month – Woo Room | 7pm on Zoom
Kick off the month with mindset, creativity, and energy to set your intentions and start strong.
1st Tuesday of the month – 11 AM Power up Sales & Growth Workroom
Get practical frameworks and strategies you can implement immediately to grow your business.
2nd Tuesday of the month – 1PM Masterclass
Deep-dive sessions with experts covering sales, marketing, funding, scaling, and more — actionable and results-focused.
3rd Tuesday of the month – 11 AM Sales & Growth Workroom

4th Tuesday of the month – 1PM Virtual Co-Work and accountability Room
